Last night I did not get any SLEEP and my willpower was completely turned off. I had a mixed berry smoothie but after it was waaaaaaaay down hill. I ate lunch turkey Reuben, a small helping of pasta salad, dinner a slice of pizza, popcorn a whole bag and 4x serving of ginger cookies. How in the world could I imagine losing weight if I eat like this? I am behind doing my homework in class so it is really stressing me out.
