yesterday was a hard for me and exercise...I managed to walk 5 miles. still waiting for the day when i walk so far and my legs don't hurt.

Your legs might feel better if you take shorter, brisk walks spaced throughout the day rather than a marathon. I walk 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes after dinner and add more steps in the afternoon either on a nature walk or doing errands. Wear good walking/running shoes (I like New Balance running shoes)rather than sandals or stiff shoes. If you can get your legs up that'll help with leg and foot pain.
