I will survive -and I did. Mustang banquet tonight. Fish with creamy dilll sauce, 5 small potato wedges, glazed carrots and a large veggie salad with Italian dressing and one 4 oz glass of wine! No bread and No dessert. For me, this is a huge success. I used my salad plate for dinner and my dinner plate for salad. Got some strange looks but 2 women sitting at my table did the same thing - one even commented that she would rather have a larger salad and she was going to do what I was doing! Only one trip to the buffet, never went to the dessert table. I'm on a roll - patting myself on the back - job well done.
