Boop! There's that lovely "~156" number I was aiming for! 3330 extra calories this week, so that is equal to a pound of fat gained (supposedly). But, since I had some incredible workouts and my average weight actually DROPPED from last week (even though in a massive surplus), my guess is it mostly added to muscle mass 💪 Or I lost water... or whatever. The fact is I'm now "losing at a rapid rate" of 10.5lbs per week! 😂

156.5 lb
Lost so far: 1.5 lb.
Still to go: 0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL - Now you have my issue (hehehe...wink, wink). I have this theory about metabolism. Toss a lot of food with a lot of activity = match, gasoline, and big bonfire. I don't know if it's true, but we do know the body has to expend energy just to burn the food, in addition to expending even more for whatever activity is being done. It's almost like it builds this momentum of energy expenditure.
