I love the next few workouts after an overindulged day. 🎉 Energy, better performance, and awesome sleep almost always follow. That’s why it baffles me when someone so severely cuts their calories and maxes workouts day-after-day for a long period of time. I notice the difference after being sidelined how sluggish and horrible my routine is after cutting calories.
