Got up this morning and made myself a 3 egg omelette; well, it kind of looked like an omelette. Apparently, FS doesn't know how to spell omellete; kept showing it as misspelled. Had to google it to make sure it was spelled right. Cut up this sweet red pepper from my neighbor's garden, added some mozzarella cheese (because it was already shredded) and fried it. I was pretty busy working on the cabinets today, plus I had to make a 2-hour round trip to get some more supplies, so I didn't eat anything for lunch. DW ordered oriental, and Granddaughter went and picked it up, just before I got back from Lowes. Today was one of those days where, because I skipped lunch, it actually took less to fill me up - which was a good thing. I even ate one of those fried biscuit that are coated with sugar. Still came in well below my RDI. I didn't do my run today; I was pretty worn out by the time I unloaded the plywood off the trailer and carried it down to the workshop. I hope to get in a workout fairly early tomorrow and work in the workshop the rest of the day. Just thought I'd check in, even though I know all my FS friends are out enjoying their Friday evening. :) Toodles!
I always wanted to be somebody, but now I realize I should have been more specific.

Well, Willie, "For the breakfast dish consisting of eggs that have been beaten, cooked until set, and folded over, American publications prefer omelet, and this is the spelling recommended by most American English reference sources. In all other main varieties of English, the French spelling, omelette, is preferred." via Wikipedia. So, I guess it depends on where you are. Polly vous Francais?

I've got to warn you guys; DW has settled on Spring leaf and Granny Apple Smith for the cabinet colors. She wanted that painted country charm. They are pretty bright greens. Happy wife, happy life!
