I am an emotional train wreck. I tell my friends not to pay attention to numbers, but have a hard time listening to my own advice. Much work on all of this shall be done.

Try to relax a little. If you stress it can make it worse. Do what works and keep it moving💪💜💚

Honestly you can’t pay attention to the scale so much. I learned that yesterday when my friend asked me weight. Told her I weigh 161 and fit in a size 7 pants now. She weighs 150 from keto and still is not down pants sizes. Everyone is different. I will always weigh myself every week of course but I know I’m building muscle as well as burning fat. The scale is a damn mind game 🤦🏻♀️

I find it very stressful not to have a plan. Get your day's meals planned out, then execute it. At the end of the day I feel calm and successful.

Rome was neither built nor destroyed in a day. Do what’s right for you, one day at a time.

you're right about emotions playing a part. thank you for reminding us. also true that we can spend too much time on numbers, but... if you don't pay attention at all, that's an emotional reaction to. when the emotion is off, remind yourself what the emotion is that you would CHOOSE, for me it always comes back to gratitude
usually related to the very thing I'm stressing. For example, I'm grateful that I care so much about numbers. Then I'm grateful I've paid enough attention to numbers for now and I can move on to something else!

No NUMBERS !!! When I started , KETO, I followed the Regime Religiously, for almost 2 month , I did not loose a single #, I had had ENOUGH, but what I did notice my clothes were starting to get loose and my belt went down a notch or to, but then it finally happened, the Scale started moving to, so now at 237# less, I can attest it is not always the scale, my scales name is LIL LIAR, I used tape measure in the beginning as you need NSV !!! Hang in there !!!

The scale is an idiot box. What matters is are you losing inches? Are your clothes fitting better or Looser? Are you feeling stronger, or healthier? Are your blood numbers improved? Health is the goal; the scale is just a tool to measure one aspect of that.
