Back from our holiday and I daren't weigh myself!! I have eaten well while we've been away but I hav'nt gone mad and been good when I can! Although I have been drinking alcohol too - which I don't usually drink when at home!! I am sure I've put weight on (although my clothes feel ok).............well back on the calorie counting now...........I'll weigh myself in a few days when I feel brave enough!

Welcome back I hope you had a good holiday. The idea of holidays is to enjoy yourself. I tend to weigh myself the day after I get home and then 3 or 4 days later to find exactly what my weight gain is. It has been known for me to gain up to 11lb after a 2 week holiday but as long as I get back in the swing I don't tend to worry about the gain so long as I get back on track as soon as possible.
