it was depressing I did not lose pounds my last weigh in...but at least I did not gain weight. What i am doing this week is that I am eating 5 smaller meals a day and drinking a min of 2liters of water a day as well. I am also using this Slender Shaper apparatus, which I know wont help me that much to lose my belly and thigh fats, but at least it would tone them a bit. I am also doing some mild isometric exercises I do before going to bed.
oh please, give me results this saturday!!!
