Oh man, this sucks. I may need to consider whether I've hit a plateau here. It wouldn't be a huge suprise. Twenty-five pounds in, my body probably needs a little break. Okay, going to spend the next week or two just trying to maintain 145 while raising my daily calories to something a little less minimal and more like what I hope to be eating once I reach my goal. If I can manage that without a gain, I'll be pleased. I obviously wont be hitting my goal by my birthday, but that was an arbitrary date, anyway. I'm going for life here.
