Felt HORRIBLE this morning. Had a banana, big glass of water and my Vitamins first thing, then tried to go for my morning exercise. I about tossed my cookies right there on the side of the road. No more vitamins for me so early. I'll be making up that exercise this evening though...I don't want to start allowing myself to skip exercise.
