Not doing so well this week. I came down with an awful cold and haven't made it to the gym in a week. Can't stop coughing, sore throat, fever, runny nose. Made it through winter without being sick and now get sick just before the long weekend! I'm trying to work out at home but it's not the same, no one to push me a little harder. Hope this goes away soon so I can get back on track. : (
