The scale is going down much slower than in years past, but I guess at age 71 everything is slower. So, I'll settle for a pound or 1/2 pound a week -- as long as the scale keeps going down. For the first time in 20 years, I feel as though I will actually accomplish a weight loss. Feeling good and good feeling!
