5th day into the ketos diet, and i am feeling great! my appetite and cravings are almost non existent. i am not missing eating sugar/carbs. this feeling is amazing as compared to the addictive/craving feelings i would get when i would was eating alot of carbs. i am definitely not missing the high and low feelings when my blood sugar would rise and drop. the only time of day i really feel the side effects of this diet is after my zumba work out. I'm still able to finish the work out but i do hit a low, feeling very tired and sore. but this feeling isn't longed lived. i will be weighing in on sunday 12th. fingers crossed this diet is working well more me as it has been for my sister. blessed evening all..
