Sooo, slow. Coming off in ounces. But I have done this before so nothing new there. At least it is coming off. Costco now has organic frozen root vegetables and we love those. I added their frozen brussel sprouts to it. Plus bought fresh organic kale, swiss chard to put in the berry smoothies. Yum. This is from "The Wahls Protocol Cooking for Life". Just got it from the libe & looks like some really good recipes. Can't imagine grain-free granola (I am sure all those nuts would not help my weight loss!) But I can use oats. Anxious to try the pumpkin pie smoothie. I dont eat meat so wont look at any of those recipes, but the others look interesting. So far the smoothies for breakfast are working.
