I am hoping that a website with this much information will help me to better track calories and nutrition. I have a difficult life style to manage my weight through. I am a pastry chef for a busy catering company. While I am not really partial to sweets, I do spend a lot of time in an environment where everyone is cooking and eating for many hours a day. We break for lunch at noon everyday and take turns making lunch for each other. Then, in the evening we take off to the wedding, bar mitzvah, or corporate event that we will work at. Party food is not weight management food! It's just going to take a little planning ahead and a lot of will power.
