Lost 1.4lbs today[this week] and THAT was without walking! [So I can hardly wait until next week!] I'll be walking again on Monday... Just a very short distance at first! But at least it'll be SOMETHING!
My back seems to be improving let's just hope it continues in that vein!
Well all in all, it's been a good week past and hopefully a good upcoming week!
