Feeling good today! Although my diet was not so great yesterday, I've been trying, and could see some slight results this morning. Slimming down and toning, so hard work does pay off! I just need to maintain a clean diet and keep up with my workouts and hopefully will be where I want to be soon. Ate out tonight but chose a healthy smart meal, it was delish and I feel wonderful about my decision. Good Start!
