Oh baby I am sore! Squat day was yesterday and I hit 105# for 3!! This morning I was just going to do back and shoulders but threw in a full set of RDLs. I ended up spending almost 2 hours at the gym! I didn't realize I was there that long. My quads and glutes are pretty sore and I can already feel my hammies cramping slightly. I tried working on lower traps today too. I foam rolled before I left. Hopefully I'll be able to walk tomorrow 😂😂😂😂 Now its time to do all mt errands and chore before I go get my tattoo!!!! :)

😄😄😄 thanks guys. I managed to pack some stuff up and do all the laundry 👍 Yesterday I meal prepped for a few hours. Gym time is very important! Don’t want to give it up 😄 The kids can eat sandwiches DP! 😜

I’ve been eating really good today with all the prepped meals. I had a protein smoothie, shepherds pie, cheese ravioli & turkey sausage, and a soup I made with turnip greens, chicken, egg noodles, and seasoned with umami 🤤🤤 sooo good! All for just over 1000 calories 😃
