Feeling a little better, but my head still hurts and I'm still stuffed up, sigh! Did get a workout in last night, can't believe how weak I felt, got through the whole thing though! Felt very discouraged this morning when I got on the scale, up 4 lbs!! How is that possible? I knew it was going to be up because my rings are tight this morning and hadn't been for awhile. Too much sodium, too many carbs, not enough exercise? Probably a combination of all of that. Feel like I am always starting over.
TOM is here, maybe that is the culprit or at least some of it. . . .
