I think it's safe to say that i'm not going to make my "go to the gym every day this week" goal. I have been SO sore, and I think it's cause my body just hasn't had a day of rest. So, I made it to the gym 4 days in a row - so that's pretty darn good in my book. I'm gonna take the next 3 days off and hopefully get rid of some of this soreness/stiffness. It's driving me nuts. Thank God for Tylenol!

Oh and...I just HAD to get on the scale this morning to see if I was down (i'm so impatient) and i'm down another 1.5lbs :) I'm hoping to kick another 1/2 lb by my official Saturday weigh in :) Never ever thought i'd be EXCITED about getting on a scale. LOL! I guess it's not so scary when you're looking forward to seeing the numbers go down :)
