Woke at 233.8, down .2 from yesterday. Light eating today. UPDATE: Fasted until a light dinner. Weighed 231.2 after work. Ate some chicken, cucumbers, and a bit of tomato for dinner and ended the alternate "fasting" day at 530 calories.
