HA! That pizza last night helped me lose 1/2#!! Score one for pizza lmao. Normally I’d gain water from the carbs. Not dehydrated either as I drank a propel with it, a big 25-30 oz tea and a limeade before the pizza plus the other propel(s) during the day.
I’m finding Propel to be super sweet now. Pop is a sickly sticky taste now unless ice cold. Not much threat anymore if returning to just 4 pops a day and no water lol. 3-4 splendas in a huge thing of tea(large size from like sonic) is sweet enough where as it used to be 3 per 16 oz. Maybe by next summer I’ll be able to stomach tap water. Thankfully our well is clear and ice cold so it’s not as bad as city water. I’ll never be able to drink that!
