I had a fairly successful week. I stuggled at the beginning of the week then started reading about the You on a Diet plan and it kind of kick started me again. I started to follow the not eating after 7 p.m. and that helped me to lose weight this week. Everyday I have to make a conscious effort to make healthy food choices.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have to take things one day at a time. Personally I like to have lots of options. You should see my fridge, its full of peas and carrots, apples, pineapple, asparagus, broccoli, grapes ect. I like using the apples and grapes with low fat yogurt, unsweetened applesauce or low fat cottage cheese. Keep your options open and it will make healthy choices easier ;)
