Another great breakfast following a 6am circuit training session at the gym this morning. Was totally gassed and this really recharged my battery - especially after a mostly sleepless night (3rd in a row). Fluffy eggs topped with red pepper flakes, plum tomato from the garden, home made guacamole and 1/2 of a Joseph's low carb flat bread with melted butter. Oh, and BACON! Happy Hump-day everyone!
