keto nothing new. I think my weight loss at the beginning of the month was a fluke and dehydration. I quit taking my sodium, potassium sup. that's probably why I was always thirsty. I know better I think. so. no loss this month yet. I want to try taking metformin for insulin resistance. I'm wondering if after a year keto, on July if my body will be more fast adapted. at this point, 20 pounds more loss would really feel good. till then
