I ended up pigging out on roasted cashews, macadamia nuts and tamarind almonds. Gained at least 5 lbs from doing that. Also, stopped exercising. No more six pack :( Need to get back on track with zero nuts and more exercise. Also, wasn't getting enough sleep. Now seem to be doing better.
