Lose that cake crunch and you will be more on track. I know it's hard sometimes but I am about the same size as you, limiting my breakfast has really helped me out a lot. I have a 90 calorie fiber one bar and a light cranberry juice giving me a 130 calorie breakfast. Stick with it and don't give up.
