Slow and sure.....another 2 pounds....actually got lowest of 13.3.2 but not that now 😀....going to have a howler of a week but no reason not to catch up till the en of the month from the 17th March onwards....target was to lose half a stone so 13.2.....still feels achievable!
186.1 lb Lost so far: 30.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
