This morning a good ride on the spinner for @56 minutes at 130 bpm.
Starting to re-cuperate from cold last week and late night with peanut butter Tues.
Weight is steady at 160 and will try to fend off this cough and sniffles. Don't want this to turn into an infection.
Breakfast was good with egg whites and josephs flax/bran tortillas for about 450 calories.
Looking forward to lunch with my chicken breast that I slow cooked in liquid smoke.
