Finally, after 4 + months I have reached the half way mark in reducing my weight. I feel much better physically and mentally. I can walk further without back-ache. No more heart burn unless I over-eat. No more night sweats. Still I don't sleep as well as I would like to. It is nice to have compliments once in a while.
I'm a little concerned how my eating will go when I go to Vancouver for a week. I just have to remember this is a life time change. Not just a one time thing...
