Thnaks Buffy Bear, Neptune and Seaside - I think it is the low-fat, high protein, no refined carbs that help me lose the fat! I think it will get harder the lower my weight and the coser to goal I get - but I ain't quitting!

WOW! Love your weekly "big picture"!!! It is so inspiring to the rest of us! I've been losing pretty consistently since I also began eating high protein, low carb, low fat, and pretty much just "clean" no processed foods at all. However, I'm always afraid that I will STOP losing, so seeing your "big picture" really encourages me that it IS possible!!!! :)
