We keep having rain off and on in Los Angeles, so I have not kept up with my usual exercise. I can see how important running at least every other day is.
Exercise may only play a small part in my weight loss (“The Diet starts in the Kitchen!”), but it plays a MAJOR role in how I feel. I feel stronger, and my body moves better, when I exercise hard. Lately, I have not been exercising, and I feel ‘slow’ and ‘sluggish’.
I am going to drag myself out in the cold, for a run before work, just so I can stop feeling like this…
