God. Worked all day yesterday and was HUNGRY! Ate way too much and had a few cocktails after work. Then ate a snack. Don’t feel too bloated but worried about stepping on the scale. I had a great December as far as my weight loss and I’ve been letting shit slide here and there. I need to get back on track so I can continue my loss. Damn my sister and her Keto cake and cookies! 😭😭😭😭🍰
