Body adjusting...good Saturday morning...all the loss...in had...guessing body needs to catch up.was up a pound..no big deal...just keep on track an move on..
End of year getting closer...trying to get as many miles on zwift as I can..motivation for next year..my goal of 2500... I hit already...recovery time this year...set me back..but over last month or so..the gains have been noticeable in my riding...just keep setting goals to motivate myself...
