2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)Slooooly replacing fat with muscle.
It is a very slow process, but at the same weight as I was two months ago, I feel my core is slowing shedding the fat and replacing it with muscle. My arms don’t look bigger, but that is probably because I don’t do any bicep curls (on purpose). My workouts are mostly just squats and deadlifts.
All I want is abs 😊 Just need to keep with the weights and shed 10-15 pounds…
I did a 🏃🏾 5 mile run yesterday, I plan to do a 🏃🏾 7 mile run today. Back in the Gym on Wednesday morning...
