Good Sunday morning, fs!
I am exceptionally bad at lunges and dips anyway, and my floor is uneven, so it was only a matter of time before i hurt myself doing them, which happened yesterday. I felt something tweak in the area where my left saddlebag joins to my hip. I had the good sense to stop doing the lunges, which i had not realized is six minutes long. Today it hurts. I think my tush is ridiculously injury-prone!
I have been trying to do the stretching with t25 this round, and i had forgotten that Sunday actually has its own 25 minute stretching routine. I think i am going to do it and see if it helps.
Overall i feel good about my exercise this week. I did all my t25, danced twice, and did a pretty good job as sole caretaker of the dog while roommate was away. Eating definitely has some room for improvement.
I think rm is coming back tomorrow. It will be nice to have him home. I broke down and bought the dog not one but two Halloween costumes. Never have before, but this dog is so girly, she loves to dress up. It is hilarious. But rm also is hilarious bc he loves to dress her up! So i am saving them for him to wrestle her into them. Although i will say my fitness has improved so much that i can now dress her in a pinch. I had significant difficulty not too long ago.
