Today is my first day on phase 1 fat smash. I was ok during the day. I did have half a cup of coffee this morning, cant imagine my day without it. Around 730 this evening I was ravenous. Had a some cheetos. I just could not get satisfied. Hopefully I will make it through the evening and tomorrow will be a better day. I'm going to shop and buy more of the things I can eat, like beans. I will also cook a vegeterian stew. I really hope this is worth it. I would like to see at least a 5lb weight lost at the end of these 9 days.
