Home from our Western trip and happy to be able to get back on track with exercise and my usual food plan. The last four days of vacation, I exceeded my calories and had one "free" day where I chose to eat what I wanted to eat.
It was a very strange feeling to eat way off my plan - I am diligent about my choices and during at least 80% of the vacation, I chose wisely.
I will get my water consumption back up, and return to my usual food plan. And, once I add in my JM exercise DVDs, I ought to be "butt-kicking" myself back in shape.
