Still avoiding the scale and logging for a few more days, thinking I'll start up again on Sept 1. Tried a few new things (Schwan's raspberry rumble ice cream (so so, the raspberry gel somehow seemed like cardboard, so I won't be trying it again) and a 'low carb' green onion tortilla wrap that I rather like, so I'll probably work it into my menu. Been biking a bit and doing some yardwork. Hoping that my Sept 1 weighin won't have cost me too much gain, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
