I have been absent for quite some time, and I certainly haven't been paying attention to my diet. :( Lots of factors involved, but ultimately I was in control of all of them and just chose to ignore them. But I'm back now, more determined than ever!
Have a new weightloss buddy at work! Our first challenge: first to shed 20 lb gets a pedicure on the loser's dime. She's pretty competitive, but I see pretty toes in my future!!
