I've got my blood sugar regulated and my thyroid meds rolling. Now, my doctor tells me my cholesterol is at 247! Egad. I'm going to do my best to knock this thing down through diet so I don't end up on another lifetime medication. I'm signing up for a Zumba class at work to up my cardio and I encourage you all to invest in oat stock as I cleaned out my grocery store this afternoon.
I have two months until my next blood test. Time to get busy.
