Taking the good advice on offer, I'm going to stop being so obsessive here, and skip weighing in or tracking for a few days, and take a relaxing breather, although I'll still stick around to read other buddies' journals.

Smart. Catch your breath. Reformulate your strategy for phase II. I've been in your shoes and as a result I am a firm believer in putting the scale away. My strategy -Eating at or a hair below my goal-weight caloric level on a monthly basis will take care of the weightloss and, in the process, teach me how to live at goal weight. Playing with the macros is helping me find satiety and "happy". Short-term success for me is just keeping my food log going, I want 1 year of complete food logs. I think it will work. Enjoy your success to date.
