Well was doing ok yesterday and held up ok for dinner
my boyfriend took me this awesome restraunt were we had mush/crabs shrimp and oyseters then I had F.M. cooked perfectly with beans we then split but I was so full I only had twobites of a banana ice cream caramal oh so good. and of course we had lots of wine. Oh well I had a blast (ONLY LIVE ONCE) taking today off from working out, knee is alittle sore (and got a good workout last night lol!!!!) taking it easy tonight have to work nights all weekend.
Had two hot dogs with mustard
tom soup and 4 chicken nuggets.
Iam not gona weigh in cause that time of month but will do as soon as done Hopefully alittle lost wil be good
I diffently want to get alittle more strick on mon my t.o.m. will be almost done and I really would like to take afew pounds off before my guys family reunion, especially cause its at a lake!!!!!!

Sounds like your doing great-i would give my right arm for some ice cream right about now but i wont! Good thing for those workouts!!!lol dont work to hard and try to relax keep in mind T.O.M will give you atleast 4 lbs of water weight! keep up the good work!

Careful with that knee, an injury can definitely slow you down. I know you are probably alright but, I injured my knee once and it tooks months to get better.
