ok, day 3 of the 3 day fat stall :-) and my fav lunch chef salad YUM I really have grown to really like the 2 T MCT oil for the salad! I went to the 24/7 gym this morning for a 40 min workout, kind of low impact but so good for me right now and happy I did! Makes the day at work a little better. I had wanted to go after work, but yesterday I was so tired and had a horrible headache so went home to relax.
