Up a half pound after riding 10 miles on my exercise bike last night. It's gotta be water weight or at least that's what I'm telling myself. That's one bad thing about getting on the scale every day, you see every little fluctuation. But it keeps me accountable for what I put in my mouth and how much I exercise every day.
