Hi everyone - hope everyone is doing well - too too busy for my liking lately - weather chili for April here in Missouri but range at this time of year could be 30-80 or anywhere in between -

Foods eating lately not just yesterday or this week murph , , shrimp Cajun , broccolli toasted at ruby Tuesday with a kick will turn any broccoli hater over a new leaf , chicken onion broccoli stir fry , hamburger patty with onion green beans or broccoli with montrose seasoning - diet soda - ice cream here or there - buttered hot sauce shrimp , turkey from deli , rotisserie chicken , green bean chinese with butter and garlic and onion , fried zucchini with breadcrumb Italian , eggs all ways , keeping a carton hard boiled in fridge , pecan turtle in ice cream sparingly , pork sausage Tennessee blank sausage my favorite , bacon , Perdue chicken strips , Arby's , subway wraps and Heros - hardeees low carb bowl (ask for it )- ham , corn with butter hot sauce , cole slaw I love KFC slaw, - for me variety is the key -
