Decided to try the British plan, Slimming World. OMG, it works. SO easy to do, all of my favorite foods are considered FREE foods (PASTA!!!) and I haven't been hungry since I started "food optimizing"! This is honestly a plan I'll be able to stick with for the rest of my life...VERY little counting and weighing, pasta, rice, potatoes are all free foods (eat as much as you want) along with veggies, fruits, and lean meats...and NO MORE FASTING!!! One more pound (probably next week) and I'll be lowering my goal. After 4 years, I've found the plan I can live with!!! YAY!!!
