A loss is better than a gain any day, but the goal was 2 pounds for the week. I've learned that gaming gives me the munchies really bad... not sure what to do about that.
I started out the week great. Got up at 6am every morning, so I could get a 30 minute workout in before work. Actually ate breakfast, but kept forgetting to take a lunch :/
By the end of the week I went over my calorie limit three times. No fun. I'll have to come up with a way to curb the munchies....
