Holding steady. Keeping with the potatoes and veggies mainly. It does beat all the thinking about cooking, recipes, shopping for ingredients, etc. I really loathe all that obsession with meals and the complications of creating menus, etc. The potatoes have made that pretty simple. Got my hike in today and hoping to be back below 230 tomorrow and ready to tackle the 220's.
